General Information and Eligibility
bdjee (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and cricket betting platform operated for entertainment purposes. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdjee and any user of the platform ("you" or "member").
1.1 Applicability
These Terms apply to the bdjee website, mobile application and all other digital services. By accessing or using the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.
1.2 Eligibility Requirements
The following conditions must be met to register and use services on bdjee:

- You must be a resident of a country or region where participation in online gaming is not prohibited.

1.3 One Account Only
Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
Account Registration
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on bdjee, you must provide accurate personal information. Providing false information on the registration form may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Please notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use or security breach.
2.3 Updating Information
Please notify us immediately if any of your personal information changes. bdjee will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
3.1 Age Limit
bdjee is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. In cases of doubt, we may request proof-of-age documents at any time.
3.2 KYC Verification
As part of providing a secure and transparent service, bdjee may request the following documents when necessary:
- A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address (a recent utility bill or bank statement).
- Documents verifying ownership of the payment method used.
Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following methods are available for depositing funds on bdjee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, which applies to all methods.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used at the time of deposit.
- Withdrawals will only be processed from verified accounts.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- bdjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on bdjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any charges applied by a bank or mobile financial service at the time of a transaction must be borne by the member.
4.4 Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or network error, the relevant funds are generally returned within 72 hours. Please contact our support team for any long-running issues.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times (25x) the bonus amount received. For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳125,000 in wagers.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each promotional offer may have its own terms — please read them on the specific offer page.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- If bonus abuse or attempts to inflate a bonus balance through artificial wagering are detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, IP address or device is prohibited.
- bdjee reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
The bdjee VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. As you move to higher tiers, the cashback rate increases and more benefits become available. The rules for VIP membership are detailed on a separate page.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
bdjee is committed to ensuring fair play. All games operated on the platform are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjee platform:
- Using any software, bots or automated methods to operate games.
- Exploiting any technical errors or system vulnerabilities.
- Colluding or acting in concert with other members.
- Any form of fraudulent conduct or misconduct.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting technical limitations.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a technical issue occurs during a game session, our system records the result of the last valid game. bdjee is not responsible for issues caused by power outages, internet disconnection or other external factors.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules
Additional rules apply to all sports betting activity, including cricket betting. A bet will not be considered valid until its acceptance has been confirmed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with our separate sports betting rules.

7.1 Setting Limits
You can set deposit, loss or session time limits on your account. These limits take effect as soon as you request them.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can request that your account be temporarily or permanently closed. While self-exclusion is active, no new accounts may be opened.

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 bdjee's Rights
bdjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity.
- The account being inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Member's Rights
You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Before an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance; however, any bonus balance will be considered void.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If an account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, bdjee may mark that account as inactive and impose an account maintenance fee. The member will be notified by email in advance.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the bdjee platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases and other elements — is the exclusive property of bdjee or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
9.1 Prohibited Use
- Using bdjee's logos, trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written permission from bdjee is prohibited.
- Downloading, copying, modifying or distributing any part of the platform is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering the platform or attempting to extract its source code is prohibited.
9.2 User Content
If you submit any content to our platform (such as reviews or comments), you grant bdjee the right to use, modify and publish that content.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 Scope of Service
bdjee provides services as an entertainment platform. We do not guarantee any winnings and are not liable for financial losses arising from gaming.
10.2 Limitations
bdjee is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
- Failure of third-party software or services.
- Any loss caused by the user's own negligence.

10.3 Limit of Compensation
In any circumstance, the total liability of bdjee shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited during a given period. bdjee is in no way liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
